The Sitka Art Invitational is a juried art exhibit

The Sitka Art Invitational is a juried art exhibition and sale held at the World Forestry Center Portland. The event occurs annually the first full weekend of November and brings together work by over 100 nature-inspired regional artists.
I will have three paintings included in the exhibit and look forward to seeing the entire show this coming weekend!

Trace monotype with Caligo Safe Wash sepia etching ink. I traced the same drawing twice, first with Rives, then Domestic Etch paper, using a combination of pencils and shading tool. I like the softness of the lines - this process is so enjoyable!
